Kimberly Turner grew up in Conyers, Ga. After earning a B.S. in Biology from Presbyterian College in 1994, she attended the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. She earned her M.D. in 1998, subsequently completing three years of residency training in Family Medicine in the Greenville Hospital System in Greenville, SC. She served as Chief Resident in Family Medicine during her final year of residency.
Dr. Turner joined Walton Family Medicine in 2001 and is a very active member of the medical staff of Walton Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Turner enjoys practicing all aspects of Family Medicine, with special interest in pediatrics and women’s health.
When away from the office, she enjoys fishing, reading, and kayaking. She and her husband, Artie can be found in Athens on most football Saturdays. They attend the Presbyterian Church of the Redeemer in Centerville, Ga.
